Our world is you and your puppies, and we want to ensure that anyone who wants to join or stay in our community can do so without undue financial hardship.

This is at significant cost to us. As many of you might have noticed, despite the incredible increase in costs and inflation in recent years we have not raised our prices on our products. We are not immune to the increases in shipping, printing, and everything from paper towels to eggs to dog food. In real terms, our profit margin has decreased by almost half and our daily expenses have gone up at least 20%, just like everyone else.

But, you know what? Our business is phenomenally successful and it’s almost exclusively by word of mouth. That makes each of you our partner, and a member of the global community of people who want to do the best they can for people and their puppies.

Absorbing this tariff is our way of saying we recognize that we make the products, but you bring them to life. We put it out to the universe, but you’re the universe that spreads what we teach. We’re all in this together.

I don’t know what the future holds how much longer we can continue to absorb costs but today this is the path we can take to hold our community together in these turbulent times.
