Shipping Policy

1. US Domestic Shipping Policy

At this time, Puppy Culture ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands via USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS. When choosing either "Flat Shipping" or "Free Shipping," Puppy Culture will use, at their discretion, the carrier of their choice.

Note, we cannot ship to PO Boxes when using any domestic carriers other than USPS.

2. US Domestic Lost Shipment Policy

Puppy Culture will notify you by e-mail that your order has shipped. If after an appropriate period elapses and your package appears to be lost in transit, please notify us by e-mail We will do our best to track down your package to its last scan point, and determine the cause of the delay.


If we determine that a package was not delivered due to our error, we will send a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

If instead the loss was due to an error on the part of the customer, Puppy Culture will send a replacement shipment for DVD's with cost of $5.00 per DVD (disc), plus applicable shipping and handling fees. All other products will be replaced at retail.

4. International Shipping Policy

As used in these Terms of Sale “Global-e”, “we”, "our" or "us" means the applicable Global-e Contracting Party (as defined below). Global-e is the sales facilitation and e-commerce partner of the brand or retailer operating this e-commerce web-store (“Store Owner” and “Store”, respectively), where the products or services were made available to you for purchase through the checkout ("Product"). The Store Owner has an agreement with Global-e allowing Global-e to act as the merchant of record, in Global-e’s name and on behalf of the Store Owner.

By placing your order to purchase one or more Products (each, an “Order”) through the checkout, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Sale and the Privacy and Cookies Policy (which is available on the checkout) (together, “Terms”) in their entirety, and you agree to be bound by them. These Terms define your legal relationship regarding the checkout, the placement of Orders, and the purchase of Products underlying such Orders.

If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not complete your Order.

These Terms are entered into force in the English language and governed by it. You agree that any translation, if provided, is available for your convenience only (unless otherwise required by applicable law).

If you are placing your Order for fulfilment into one of the following countries, please refer to Annex 1 by following this LINK, to access additional and specific terms that apply to you and your Order: Australia, Brazil, Canada, any destination or country which is a member of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom.

The "Global-e Contracting Party" under these Terms is the entity which will invoice you for the purchase of the Product as listed on your invoice and in the Contact Us page on the checkout. Note, we do not ship to any PO Boxes, you must use a physical address.
