For orders placed, but NOT yet shipped, you may cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund. For orders that have already shipped, you may return the DVD or Blu-ray (hereafter referred to as DVD) or other products purchased, as long as they are in new, unused condition, for a refund of the purchase price. We do ask that you pay for return shipping and handling. Please contact us at email@example.com if you want to begin a return or cancel your order.
Puppy Culture will refund the purchase price ONLY upon receipt of the UN-OPENED DVD package or other items that are in new unused condition.
Puppy Culture uses nothing but the highest quality DVD media. If in the unlikely event a DVD is defective, we might request that the DVD be returned to us.
Within 30 days of the purchase a replacement DVD will be sent at no additional charge. NOTE: A returned DVD in the DVD-R format that will play on Puppy Culture's DVD-R player will not be considered defective. So please verify that your DVD player or software accepts DVD-R format.
If you find that the video DVD or other products you receive do not match what you ordered, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work quickly and assiduously to correct your order.
Puppy Culture reserves the right to change its payment, return and refund policies at any time without prior notice to you. Any changes to these policies will be posted on our website.
