1. US Domestic Shipping Policy
At this time, Puppy Culture ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands via USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS. When choosing either "Flat Shipping" or "Free Shipping," Puppy Culture will use, at their discretion, the carrier of their choice.
Note, we cannot ship to PO Boxes when using any domestic carriers other than USPS.
2. US Domestic Lost Shipment Policy
Puppy Culture will notify you by e-mail that your order has shipped. If after an appropriate period elapses and your package appears to be lost in transit, please notify us by e-mail support@pigsflydogs.com. We will do our best to track down your package to its last scan point, and determine the cause of the delay.
3. USPS
If we determine that a package was not delivered due to our error, we will send a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
If instead the loss was due to an error on the part of the customer, Puppy Culture will send a replacement shipment for DVD's with cost of $5.00 per DVD (disc), plus applicable shipping and handling fees. All other products will be replaced at retail.
4. International Shipping Policy
Where we ship. We offer international shipping to "most countries". International orders are sold and fulfilled through our cross-border partner, Global-e, which acts as the merchant of record for these orders. When you shop from outside [the United States], your order is processed through Global-e's international checkout, and your purchase is subject to Global-e's Terms of Sale, presented to you at checkout.
Pricing and currency. Prices may be displayed and charged in your local currency. Amounts shown in a local currency are estimated presentment amounts and may differ slightly from the final amount charged, depending on the exchange rate applied at the time of payment by your card issuer or payment provider.
Duties, taxes, and import fees. For international destinations, applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and displayed at checkout and collected at the time of purchase. This means your order is shipped on a prepaid basis, and you should not be asked to pay additional duties or taxes on delivery.
Shipping methods, costs, and delivery times. Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for your destination. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and are not guaranteed; actual times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, and local conditions.
Customs and clearance. International shipments may be subject to inspection and customs clearance in the destination country, which can affect delivery times. Global-e manages the customs documentation for these orders.
Order tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also track international orders through your account page by clicking on the specific order tracking number.
Accurate delivery information. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will try to contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.

Restricted items and destinations. Certain products may not be available for international shipping due to local regulations or restrictions.
Note, we do not ship to any PO Boxes, you must use a physical address.
