Seminar will include both classroom and training sessions.
Classroom topics will include presentations and discussion on:
- Basic Canine Structure
- Basic Canine Gaits and Movement
- Breed-Specific Structure and Movement Considerations
- Finding The “Right” Stack and Movement For Your Dog
Training sessions will be geared to the individual teams’ level and needs, but will include:
- Finding and Presenting your Dog’s Strengths
- Teaching a Rock Solid Free Stack and Release
- Teaching dogs not just to tolerate, but to LOVE the examination
- Training Head Up and Forward
- Finding The Right Pace
- Reading The Ring
- Ring Procedure
- Presentation Strategy
- Switching between “rest,” “play” and “presentation” modes.
- Handler Movement
*Puppies must be over the age of 8 weeks old and have received one vaccination for parvovirus and distemper at least seven days prior to attending camp.
The training will be game-changing, the discussions will be enlightening, and the food will be amazing - hope you can join us!

This policy defines how training seminar cancellations are handled and covers Madcap Productions cancellation of a seminar, minimum participation enrollment, cancellation by registrant, and venue cancellation.
Seminar Cancellations (by Madcap Productions):
It is our intent to avoid cancellation or rescheduling of any training events. Regrettably circumstances occasionally require us to cancel or reschedule a seminar.
Instructor-led seminars are individual-enrollment dependent with a required minimum enrollment of at least twenty registrants. Seminars with enrollment of less than twenty registrants are subject to cancellation or rescheduling at the discretion of Madcap Productions.
Seminars will be cancelled no less than ten working days before the scheduled start day of seminar. Cancellation notices will be sent to registrants by email, to the email address provided at the time of enrollment/registration.
If a seminar is canceled by Madcap Productions, registrants will receive a refund or may choose to transfer the funds to other seminars scheduled within a year.
As circumstances may require us to cancel or reschedule seminars; please consider this when arranging travel. Madcap Productions is not liable for any expenses incurred due to re-scheduling or cancellation.
Cancellations (by Registrants):
Cancellations must be completed by notifying Madcap Productions via email at mark@madcap- productions.com. All seminars have limited seating, in the event you cannot attend please allow room for other registrants to participate by cancelling your enrollment at the earliest possible date.
Registrant cancellation received thirty days before the start of seminar will receive a full refund or a credit to other seminars scheduled within a year.
Registrant cancellation received fifteen days before the start of seminar will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the registration price. This fee is not refundable and cannot be credited to any other seminar fee.
Registrant cancellation received seven (7) days before the start of seminar will incur a 90% cancellation fee of the registration price. This fee is not refundable and cannot be credited to any other seminar fee.
Registrant cancellations received less than seven (7) days or failure to attend without notice, will be charged for the full seminar fee. There is no credit or refund due to failure to attend without notice.
